{¶ 1} John and Deidra Crabtree appeal the Ross County Common Pleas Court's summary judgment in favor of 21st Century Insurance Company. Mr. Crabtree suffered bodily injuries while operating a motorcycle that was not listed in the policy that 21st Century issued to Mrs. Crabtree.
