Weisberg, J.), dated June 5, 2019, deemed from two final judgments of that court entered June 10, 2019 (see CPLR 5512 [a]). The final judgments, upon the decision, after a nonjury trial, awarded landlord possession and the sum of $1,388.76, respectively, in a nonpayment summary proceeding.
