In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for dental malpractice, the defendants Hiroshi Kimura and Hiroshi Kimura, DMD, PLLC, appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bernard J. Graham, J.), dated January 11, 2021. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied those defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action alleging dental malpractice insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed...
