Borrok, J.), entered on or about April 18, 2022, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and granted defendant's motion to dismiss insofar as, in effect, declaring that the retail lease terminated according to its terms and the springing lease came into effect immediately according to its terms, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
