In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (James W. Hubert, J.), dated October 22, 2020. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted that branch of the motion of the defendant DeBartolo Landscaping, Inc., which was for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint insofar as asserted against it, and denied that branch of the plaintiffs' cross-motion which was for summary judgment...
