The order, insofar as appealed from, denied the plaintiff's motion pursuant to CPLR 3215 for leave to enter a default judgment against the defendant, granted that branch of the defendant's cross-motion which was pursuant to CPLR 2004 and 3012(d) to compel the plaintiff to accept its late answer...
