In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Yefim Baskin and Rita Baskin appeal from a judgment of foreclosure and sale of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Mojgan C. The judgment of foreclosure and sale, upon a decision of the same court entered October 29, 2020, made after a nonjury trial, inter alia, directed the sale of the subject property.
