APPEAL, by permission of the Court of Appeals, from an order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department, entered March 23, 2022. The Appellate Division affirmed an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Peter Vallone, Jr., J.), which had, after a hearing, designated defendant a level three sex offender pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C.

People v Anthony, 203 A.D.3d 1084, affirmed.
