Mullen, J.), rendered March 12, 2020, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, possession of a stolen vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 3½ to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
