Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County (Salvatore Pavone, Ref.), entered July 14, 2021, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, among other things, awarded petitioner sole legal and primary physical custody of the subject children.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by vacating that part of the third ordering paragraph directing that supervised parenting time is awarded...
