MEMORANDUM.

APPEAL from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Elizabeth N. Warin, J.), rendered August 3, 2018. The judgement convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of driving while ability impaired, disobeying a traffic control device and speeding.
