In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Noach Dear, J.), dated July 24, 2019. The order (1) granted the motion of the defendant Brijwattie Bandhu for leave to reargue her prior motion, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5015(a)(1) to vacate so much of a prior order of the same court dated June 25, 2018, as granted those branches of the plaintiff's unopposed motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint...
