MEMORANDUM.

APPEAL from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County (Carl Wolfson, J.), rendered August 24, 2021. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of stopping, standing or parking a vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant when such vehicle impairs the access of a fire vehicle (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1202[b][2]).

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is affirmed...
