Appeal by the defendant from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Michael B. Aloise, J.), imposed July 1, 2021, upon his conviction of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, after remittitur from this Court for resentencing (see People v St. Hill, 193 A.D.3d 987 [2021]).

Ordered that the resentence is affirmed.
