In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Karen B. Rothenberg, J.), dated July 1, 2021. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted that branch of the defendants' motion which was for summary judgment dismissing so much of the complaint as sought to recover nonpecuniary damages and denied the plaintiff's cross motion for leave to amend the complaint to add a cause of action to recover damages...
