Defendant pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging him with course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and agreed to waive his right to appeal. County Court denied defendant youthful offender status and, consistent with the terms of the plea agreement, sentenced him to 20 years in prison followed by 20 years of postrelease supervision, to run concurrent with the federal prison term that defendant was currently serving.
