In 2015, the petitioner commenced these three related proceedings, inter alia, pursuant to Business Corporation Law § 1104-a, seeking the judicial dissolution of three closely held corporations. The petitioner is a 25% shareholder in each corporation. The respondents Allan Hoffman, Donna Hoffman, and Judi Brezniak, who are the petitioner's brother and cousins, respectively...
