Defendant waived indictment and agreed to be prosecuted pursuant to a superior court information charging her with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and possession of a forged instrument in the first degree. In satisfaction, defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and the plea agreement also required defendant to waive her right to appeal.
