Ordered that the judgment convicting defendant of endangering the welfare of a child is reversed, on the law, the accusatory instrument charging that offense is dismissed, and the fine, if paid, is remitted; and it is further ordered that so much of the appeal as is from the judgments convicting defendant of driving while ability impaired and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle is held in abeyance, and the matter is remitted...
