Contrary to the defendant's contention, the Supreme Court properly denied, without a hearing, that branch of his omnibus motion which was to controvert a search warrant (see People v Tambe, 71 N.Y.2d 492, 505 [1988]; People v Kelly, 151 A.D.3d 751, 752 [2017]).
