Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution (see People v Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620 [1983]), we find that it was legally sufficient to establish the defendant's guilt of robbery in the first degree under counts 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the indictment, and burglary in the first degree under count 12 of the indictment, beyond a reasonable doubt.
