The record supports the Referee's determination that petitioner satisfied the condition of the prior order (see Matter of Sadie HH. v Darrin II., 180 A.D.3d 1178, 1180 [3d Dept 2020] ["the sole issue (in an enforcement proceeding) concerns the conduct of the parents vis-à-vis the current order"]). The parties' hearing testimony and the findings of the court-ordered investigations demonstrated that respondent's home was suitable for the child.
