Megan UU. (hereinafter the mother) and Phillip UU. (hereinafter the father) are the parents of a child (born in 2013). In February 2019, following the parents' separation, the mother commenced the first of these Family Ct Act article 6 proceedings seeking joint legal and primary physical custody of the child.1
