The defendant was charged by indictment with 3 counts of criminal sexual act in the first degree, 3 counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, as a sexually motivated felony, 3 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, 100 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. On June 21, 2017, the defendant pleaded guilty to one count of use of a child in a sexual performance...
