Defendant was convicted in 1988 of murder in the second degree (four counts), robbery in the first degree (two counts), burglary in the first degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and was sentenced in the aggregate to a prison term of 82½ years to life (200 A.D.2d 850
