Manvar; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, that branch of the plaintiffs' motion which was pursuant to CPLR 4404(a) to set aside, in the interest of justice, so much of the jury verdict as found that the defendant Buddhadev N. Manvar's departure from the applicable standard of care...
