In satisfaction of a two-count indictment stemming from the possession of a loaded weapon, defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Under the terms of the plea agreement, defendant was required to waive his right to appeal and executed a written waiver of appeal in court.
