Claimant worked as a subway train operator for the New York City Transit Authority (hereinafter the employer) between February 2001 and March 2015. In 2014, claimant filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits, alleging that he had suffered work-related psychological injuries due to harassment by supervisors.1
