Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, on the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, with costs, the petition is reinstated, that branch of the petitioner's motion which was to compel the disclosure of certain video recordings is granted to the extent that the Town of Southold is directed to disclose all video recordings that are referenced in its answer, the order dated November 17, 2016, is modified accordingly...
