While the statute of limitations for intentional torts is one year (CPLR 215), this action is timely pursuant to CPLR 213-c. The language of CPLR 213-c is broad, encompassing claims against "any party whose intentional or negligent acts or omissions are alleged to have resulted in the commission of the said conduct," and not merely the perpetrator (see generally Alford v St. Nicholas Holding Corp., 218 A.D.2d 622 [1st Dept 1995]...
