Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof granting the motion of the defendant Ironshore Indemnity, Inc., and the separate motion of the defendant Lexington Insurance Company, in effect, for summary judgment declaring that they are not obligated to indemnify the plaintiff in the underlying action, and substituting therefor provisions denying those motions; as so modified, the order is affirmed...
