Following the Supreme Court's granting of those branches of the defendant's motion which were pursuant to CPLR 3211(a) to dismiss the amended complaint and to dismiss, with prejudice, the second and fourth causes of action in the original complaint, the plaintiff moved for leave to renew her opposition...
