Beginning in August 2014, the parties lived in separate apartments in the same building in Queens, and the child split his time between them. In May 2017, the mother secured a job in Nashville, Tennessee, and commenced a proceeding to modify the parties' judgment of divorce so as to permit her to relocate with the child...
