OPINION OF THE COURT

MEMORANDUM.

Ordered that the judgment convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in fourth degree is reversed, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, the accusatory instrument charging that offense is dismissed, and the fines, if paid, are remitted; and it is further ordered that the judgment convicting defendant of criminal contempt in the second degree is affirmed.
