The hearing court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress a lineup identification. The record supports the court's finding that, under all the relevant circumstances, the lineup was not unduly suggestive (see People v Chipp, 75 N.Y.2d 327, 336 [1990], cert denied 498 U.S. 833 [1990]). Even if defendant was the only lineup participant who appeared to be completely bald, his baldness was not mentioned in the description...
