Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, (1) by vacating the convictions of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, vacating the sentences imposed thereon, and dismissing those counts of the indictment, and (2) by reducing the sentence imposed upon the conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree from a determinate term of imprisonment of 9½ years followed by 2½ years of postrelease...
