In July 2013, plaintiff sustained personal injuries after the 2013 Mercedes Benz in which she was a passenger collided with a 2012 Honda owned by defendant Linda Kraus and driven by defendant Evelyn Weiss at the intersection of Broadway and Jefferson Street in the Village of Monticello, Sullivan County.1
