The verdict was not against the weight of the evidence (see People v Danielson, 9 N.Y.3d 342, 348-349 [2007]). There is no basis for disturbing the jury's credibility determinations, including its rejection of the defense of consent.

The court properly denied defendant's CPL 330.30(2) motion to set aside the verdict on the ground of juror misconduct. "[N]ot every misstep by a juror rises to the inherently prejudicial level...
