In full satisfaction of the indictment, and any other known or unknown drug-related charges, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with the understanding that he would be sentenced, as a second felony offender, to a prison term of six years followed by two years of postrelease supervision.
