10520B. 10520A. 10520.

178 A.D.3d 479 (2019)

2019 NY Slip Op 08796

In the Matter of Anthony V.L., Appellant, v. Bernadette R., Respondent.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department.

Decided December 10, 2019.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Law Offices of Lauren N. Mallin, New York ( Lauren N. Mallin of counsel), for appellant.

Blank Rome LLP, New York ( Brett S. Ward of counsel), for respondent.

Concur—Friedman, J.P., Kapnick, Kern, Oing, JJ.
