We conclude that the Family Court erred in finding neglect and derivative neglect for failure of the mother to provide adequate food, clothing and shelter, because the caseworker's progress notes and the police officer's testimony about her observations from a single visit made to the home were insufficient to support a determination that the mother neglected the subject children (Family Ct Act § 1012[f][i][A]).
