Ordered that the judgment is modified, as matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the term of imprisonment imposed on the convictions of the two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree from determinate terms of imprisonment of 15 years to determinate terms of imprisonment of 10 years, and by providing that all sentences imposed shall run concurrently with each other except for the sentence imposed on the conviction of criminal possession...
