On or around November 5, 2012, the defendant performed electrical work at the home of Judith Zaino. On January 9, 2013, there was a fire at Zaino's residence, causing damages. Thereafter, Zaino made a claim with her insurer, the plaintiff. The plaintiff, as Zaino's subrogee, commenced this action against the defendant alleging, inter alia, that the defendant negligently performed the electrical work on Zaino's premises...
