It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by reducing the value of the life insurance policy that defendant is required to obtain with plaintiff as the sole beneficiary from $600,000 to $25,000 and directing defendant to maintain that policy until plaintiff has received her share of defendant's deferred compensation benefits without penalty and as modified the judgment is affirmed...
