On January 23, 2015, the petitioner allegedly sustained personal injuries when she fell while riding on a bus owned and operated by the respondents, Transdev Services, Inc., and the County of Nassau. On March 23, 2016, the petitioner commenced this proceeding for leave to serve a late notice of claim upon the respondents.
