On August 19, 2014, at approximately 5:40 p.m., the infant plaintiff, a pedestrian, was crossing Greenwich Street in Hempstead, 100 feet north of the intersection with Harold Avenue, when she came into contact with a vehicle owned and operated by the defendant. The infant plaintiff ran across the two northbound lanes of traffic on Greenwich Street into the southbound lane of traffic, where she collided with the defendant...
