The verdict was supported by legally sufficient evidence, and was not against the weight of the evidence (People v Danielson, 9 N.Y.3d 342, 349 [2007]). Moreover, we find that the evidence was overwhelming. There is no basis for disturbing the jury's credibility determinations. The cell phone records and surveillance videotapes in evidence went far beyond placing defendant at the scene of the crime. Instead, they were so harmonious...
