Anton Spacek (hereinafter the decedent) died in 2007. The decedent's will provided that six specified persons, including Diana Carney and Lynne A. Krontz, would share equally in the residuary estate, and letters testamentary were issued to Carney. Subsequently, Carney, through her attorney, sent an agreement in lieu of a formal accounting and judicial settlement to the other beneficiaries...
