This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained on April 11, 2015 at approximately 7:45 p.m. when plaintiff,1 a patron of the Turnmill Bar, located at 119 East 27th Street in New York City, was assaulted and raped by Rodney Stover.
