Defendant waived indictment and pleaded guilty to four counts of burglary in the second degree as charged in a superior court information stemming from home invasions committed on separate dates. The plea agreement satisfied other pending burglary charges and other uncharged crimes. County Court thereafter sentenced defendant as a second violent felony offender to the agreed-upon concurrent prison terms of 10 years with five years of postrelease supervision on each count...
